Nythriss

Nythriss, the Dragon Witch, is the mistress to whom even shadows kneel, and with a single whisper she summons her cursed dragon, a living eclipse whose wings can drown all of Isteria in eternal night.

"When the moon bleeds and the stars fade,
Nythriss shall rise where the light decays.
Darkness will bow, the cursed dragon will soar,
And Isteria shall drown in night forevermore."
