Topsel, the Legion of Frost and Wind of Libenhaizer, is said in Isteria to arrive before reality itself has time to declare war where even sound collapses into frozen silence mid-thought.
They say she does not simply freeze water or flame, but the very movement of fate, turning charging armies into glass-like monuments still caught inside their final, breathless decision to live or die.
When Topsel descends, the wind stops being air and becomes judgment, circling the battlefield like a mourning hymn for futures that will never unfold.
