Mantilvania

Long ago, Mantilvania was not a goddess, but a woman of mortal blood. Her defiance burned brighter than any flame she would bow to no king, no priest, no fate. The lords of Isteria feared her spirit, and so they cast her into exile, banishing her beyond the edges of the world.
But exile did not break her. In the silence of the void, she found power that no mortal had ever touched. Darkness and starlight bent to her will, and with a single gesture, she could call forth ruin or rebirth. When she returned, she was no longer human, but the sixteenth goddess Mantilvania, the Unbowed. To this day, it is said that with but one motion of her hand, the world itself could perish.
