Hanir

One of the Twelve Arkazel, Hanir is the keeper of Nyrak, an ancient dragon whose existence is deeply connected to Isteria.
Unlike Nazaroth, Hanir does not control Nyrak through domination.
Their souls are permanently bound, allowing Hanir to draw upon the dragon’s strength while Nyrak can manifest through her body.

Nyrak was sealed beneath Isteria long before Vyralith existed. But the seal was not created by Hanir.

It was created by Xīfēng.

Xīfēng discovered that Nyrak carried a fragment of an ancient power buried within Isteria. Unable to destroy it, she divided the seal and entrusted one part to Hanir and the other to herself.

For thousands of years, Hanir guarded Nyrak while Xīfēng remained hidden elsewhere within Isteria.

But Lefineth’s blood changes everything.

When Isteria enters her Golden Form, Xīfēng’s seal begins to collapse—and Hanir immediately feels Nyrak awakening inside her.

The two Arkazel finally understand what is happening.

The seal was never meant to last forever.

Xīfēng has been waiting for Isteria to awaken.

Hanir has been waiting for Nyrak.

And when the two seals finally break, Nyrak will not simply be released.

He will remember why he was sealed in the first place.

And Hanir fears that once he remembers...

even Xīfēng may no longer be able to control what comes next.
