Semedim

Among the Four Unknown Deities, none are feared more than Semedim, the Sovereign of the Eternal Curse.

She is neither a goddess nor a demon.
She is the first Curse ever born.

Long before the gods claimed the heavens or dragons ruled the skies, Semedim sought a power that would place her beyond death, fate, and even divine judgment. Yet such power demanded a price that no immortal dared to pay.

Without hesitation, she sacrificed her own daughters.

One by one, she offered their souls to an ancient force that existed before creation itself a nameless abyss said to devour light, hope, and destiny. Their cries echoed throughout existence, but no god answered, for even the gods feared what was awakening.

The ritual succeeded.

The abyss accepted her offering.

Instead of granting Semedim divine power, it transformed her into the living embodiment of the Eternal Curse. Her body became immortal, untouched by age or death, while the souls of her daughters were forever sealed within the curse that now flows through her veins.

Wherever Semedim walks, misfortune follows.

Empires collapse without warning. Heroes betray those they love. Dragons lose their reason. Even miracles twist into disasters. It is said that no blessing can survive in her presence, for every hope eventually decays into despair.

Her daughters' voices still whisper from within the curse. Sometimes they beg for release. Sometimes they sing lullabies from a forgotten age. At other times, they laugh a sound so haunting that entire armies have surrendered simply from hearing it.

No weapon has ever wounded Semedim.
No god has ever purified her.

No dragon has ever challenged her twice.

She does not seek conquest or worship. She merely watches as the curse she created spreads from generation to generation, proving that the darkest evil is not born from hatred...

...but from a mother's willingness to sacrifice everything for forbidden power.

Semedim is not the ruler of curses.

She is the Curse from which all others were born.
